Who is responsible

Justin Laule, trading as Get Me Bookings, is responsible for this website. Privacy contact: justin@getmebookings.com.

No data protection officer has been appointed, and no separate legal entity operates this site.

What this site does

This site is a single information page in English and German, plus these legal pages. There is no contact form, no account area and no payment process.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by a third party hosting provider. Like any web server, the hosting infrastructure processes technical connection data such as IP address, date and time of the request, the requested page, referrer, browser and operating system.

This processing is technically necessary to deliver the site and to keep it secure and stable.

Contact through external services

Contact happens through outbound links only: LinkedIn, WhatsApp and email. When you click one of those links, you leave this site and continue in the service you chose.

From that point the provider of that service processes your data under its own terms and privacy policy. Any message you send, including the prefilled WhatsApp and email templates, reaches Justin Laule through that provider.

No tracking or marketing tools

No first-party marketing analytics, advertising pixels, remarketing tags, newsletter signup or custom tracking is configured on this site. Because nothing of that kind runs here, there is no cookie consent banner.

If any such tool is added later, this notice will be updated before it goes live.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection regarding data processed by this site. Write to justin@getmebookings.com. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
